The bandwidth control functions have been completely reworked in this version. The new burst setting allows the beginning of a file to load faster so videos can start quicker. This works by setting a burst size over 0kb, xmoovStream will then send this amount of data without throttling. The values buffer and burst size are configured in kilobytes and throttling in kilobytes per second. You can define these settings for each server individually.
